Criminal Investigations Extensive experiences in criminal investigation give us an advantage over other less experiences firms. Each of our investigators has been assigned to the Detective Bureau at some point during their career. Each had the responsibility of case review, follow-up, filling, court presentation, D.A. case investigator and case disposition. We can assist defense attorneys with follow-up investigations from case acquisition to court disposition. We will work any leads that are known upon assignment and /or develop leads from the available case information, witnesses and follow them up. Our investigative experience can also be utilized by private industry when the need arises to look into an allegation of criminal conduct and there is no in-house investigative body nor is there a need to have one as part of a permanent staff. All matters are held in confidence. The business retains the rights to pursue any investigation conducted by our firm. If they so chose we will present the prepared case to the local law enforcement agency for filing purposes. We will also complete all follow-up investigations necessary.
